Starlight Painting and Decorating have created a range of tailored service packages designed with total flexibility for programmed maintenance contracts to suit property owners or business. We offer fixed term cost effective solutions, interior and exterior maintenance painting contracts for your facility.
Maintenance Contracts use a “pay as you go” system, so you can decide on how much you are going to spend depending on which services you require. When you purchase a maintenance contract you get 12 standard service calls annually. Each service call is based on your initial service requirements of the contract. A deposit will be due at the initial signing of the contract and then payment will be required for each service call per month, thereafter. For example, if you require $400 worth of services per month then this is what you will pay each month for the duration of the maintenance contract.
With a maintenance contract you can spread the initial cost over an extended term or payment schedule which makes repainting a property more affordable. With extended agreements budgeting is easier for the Body Corporate or Owners. Having a maintenance contract will ensure that the property is maintained to the highest standards for the duration of the contract. A maintenance contract is also the easiest way to safeguard the integrity of a building.
